I find this question important because I really see my internship as an oppertunity to learn how to become a professional myself.
In what way would I contribute to the guest experience in the hotel?
Guest experience Is something underrated in hospitality management. i have found myself in many cases where the guest journey was not taken seriously enough, so this is definitely a part that I want to learn more about during. my internship.
How is the current collaboration across different departments within the company?
Teamwork makes dreamwork, and that is in my opinion not only important in your own department. The company is build up out of different departments, and it is so important to work together as departments, which is why I ask this question.
